We want to create an ecosystem where our autistic young adults can assimilate, grow and thrive yet being always a part of the community. They should be able to be included, inspired and ultimately invested in social, commercial and personal well-being. Our long-term vision is to influence the community at large into accepting our special folks as their equal.
The eQUIP program will focus on soft job skills and character building – coaching our BOTSquad members in areas such as Art & Craft; Functional Maths; Functional Social Literacy; Cooking & Food Preparation; Fitness & Wellness and many more future plans.
The eXPERIENCE program will allow our assessed BOTSquad members to progress into a controlled experience workforce. Its on-the-job training. We develop this work environment within the BeBOTS Hub through our in-house business ventures.

Our BeBOTS themed version of standard Functional Skills Assessment will be administered by our Clinical Consultant prior to joining us; as well as periodically throughout our Squad Members’ journey with us. It will guide our decision to progress our Squad Members through our programs.
